SweCos Structural Alterations was the first Company formed in 2020 by John Sweeney under the name of Sweeney and Sons Ltd. With a primary focus on quality and safe delivery to all types of structural alterations and building works.

Since then, the company has gone from strength to strength growing a diverse client base and ensuring relationships are built to ensure repeat business.

SweCos Project Services was formed in 2022 by Daniel Costello to carry out commercial support works to RC, Demolition and Structural Alterations companies. Ensuring the careful assessment of tenders to ensure the maximum tender success rates while protecting the company’s commercial position.

In 2023 the two companies came together and formed SweCos RC & Ground Works, SweCos Plant Hire and brought all these companies under SweCos Group.

Our continued growth has been down to the relationships we have built with both our supply chain and our client base, and the continued development and training of our staff and management.
